I am a clinical and counselling psychologist who has been providing psychological services to individuals, couples, and groups since 2015 across hospital-based and private-practice settings. A Maritimer at heart, I feel a strong connection to the warmth, community, and grounded spirit of the East Coast. These values are reflected in the collaborative and down-to-earth approach I bring to my work.

My graduate research explored individuals’ experiences of sexuality in mid and later life, which continues to inform my interest in relationships, intimacy, and navigating life transitions. Creating a practice grounded in my values, clinical interests, and approach to care has long been an important professional goal. I genuinely love what I do and find it deeply rewarding to support people as they work toward greater clarity, healing, and meaningful change. I bring that passion to each session through therapy that is tailored to the individual and guided by evidence-based practice.
